We all have days where we are a little moody and don't quite feel like ourselves. Sometimes it's is because of certain events that can be traced back to the source. Other times however, we are left in the dark, wondering why we feel the way to do. Studies have shown gut microbiota that interact with brain regions associated with mood and behavior. Lack of these beneficial bacteria have also been linked behavioral disorders like anxiety. As well as neurodegeneration in the brain in the form of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases.

Sometimes the key to alleviating stress, reducing anxiety and even advancing our physical performance lies in the simplest things. The keys lay there in wait once you master these simple things to there fullest. Much like the quote starting out this post expresses.
