This diverse eco system is filled with edible plants and fruits that mother nature provides. From common food sources such as berries and apples to some not so common nutrient packed plants like purslane, which is widely considered a weed that is just picked and thrown out of a garden. I will break down some of the most common, easy to find and nutrient packed wild edibles out there.
